Do your products come with a warranty?
All brand new devices sold by MBALEE ROYAL come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. If you experience a hardware fault within the warranty period, contact us at hello@mbaleeroyal.co.za or call +27 76 577 2979 and we will assist you with the warranty claim process. Please note that warranties do not cover physical damage, water damage, or faults resulting from misuse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Is there a fee to return an item?
Yes. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and quality verification. For example, on a R10,000 purchase, you would receive a R8,000 refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@mbaleeroyal.co.za within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Approved returns must be shipped to our address at 160 Main Street, City and Suburban, Johannesburg, 2001.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions are automatically applied when available.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received an incorrect or defective product, contact us at returns@mbaleeroyal.co.za immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, less the 20% restocking fee.
Which items cannot be returned?
The following are non-returnable: opened accessories or earphones, items showing signs of use or activation, products with tampered serial numbers, and special or custom orders.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days across South Africa. Gauteng orders typically arrive in 3–4 business days, while other major cities and remote areas may take up to 5 business days.
