Processing Time All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across South Africa. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@oraxxi.co.za.
Secure Packaging All devices are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to protect your order in transit. We do not ship in branded outer packaging to maintain your privacy and security.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. MBALEE ROYAL is not liable for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply for failed delivery attempts.
Lost or Damaged in Transit In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us immediately at hello@oraxxi.co.za or call +27 76 577 2979. We will open an investigation with the courier and work swiftly to resolve the matter.
